From mainframes to the latest AI, Raeder Landree has stayed ahead of the curve. By working closely with clients, they get the inside scoop on technical environments, allowing them to find the perfect match between talent and opportunity.
And their commitment doesn’t stop there. Raeder Landree is a proud supporter of the Pittsburgh community, lending a hand to those who need it most.
Bios
Dan has dedicated his entire professional career to IT staffing, co-founding Raeder Landree, Inc. in 1995 with Shari Landree. With years of experience, he has played a shared role in the company’s growth and success, continuing to lead it with passion and expertise.
Outside of work, Dan resides in Upper St. Clair with his wife. He’s the proud father of three children and one grandchild.
In addition to his professional endeavors, Dan serves as the President of YJCF (US), a charitable organization that supports an orphanage, school, and church in Haiti, helping to provide essential services and education to those in need.
Shari Landree

Shari was born with the entrepreneurial spirit. She started selling Avon at age 8, had a paper route and was a neighborhood babysitter. During high school and college she worked in retail. In her senior year, she started an interior design business supplying decorative accessories for model homes in Ryan Home housing developments. This accomplishment earned her the Student Entrepreneur of the Year at Robert Morris University. After graduating she was recruited by a successful Information Technology staffing agency. After 7 years of success in this industry she partnered with Dan Raeder to start Raeder Landree, Inc. in 1995.
In her free time she enjoys preparing restaurant quality meals and redesigning interior spaces.
Sam is a senior recruiting professional with over 20 years of experience in both recruiting and sales. He prides himself on providing top-tier experiences to both job seekers and clients, constantly striving to be the best ‘Finder of Keepers.’ In his free time, Sam enjoys food, wine, and warm weather. Sam married his wife right after college and he is a proud Dad to three boys and a daughter.
Fun Fact: Two of Sam’s kids share the same birthday, 5 years apart!

As the Vice President of Business Development and Recruiting at Raeder Landree, Inc. in Pittsburgh, PA, I lead strategic initiatives to connect businesses with the skilled professionals they need to thrive. My expertise in talent acquisition, client relations, and workforce solutions has contributed to my long-standing success in the industry. Passionate about building strong partnerships, I am committed to delivering exceptional staffing solutions that drive business growth.
Brandon Crawford has been with Raeder Landree since 2005. He specializes in both recruiting and business development for a variety of industries. Brandon’s approach to recruiting is based upon establishing trust with people and using empathy to help candidates throughout the recruiting process. Understanding that changing jobs or filling an open role with the right candidate can be quite daunting has helped Brandon to successfully meet the needs of clients while also supporting candidates. When he is not recruiting, Brandon enjoys playing guitar, coaching and watching his daughters’ sports teams, walking the trail with his dog Willow, and traveling the world with his wife!
Austin has been with Raeder Landree since 2019, serving as a Senior Recruiter and Account Manager. In his role, Austin strives to build strong client relationships and identify top talent for various industries. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, cooking, and cheering on Pittsburgh and University of Kentucky sports teams. Austin is married. They enjoy spending time together while pursuing their shared interests.
