Create and edit technical content including procedure and policy documents, emails, and blogs Determine the needs of end users of policy and procedural documents Work with staff to make documents easier to understand Organize and write supporting documents Create diagrams and charts that increase understanding Select appropriate medium for message or audience, such as manuals, blogs, or emails Standardize content across platforms and media Gather feedback Revise documents as new issues arise Track and update multiple issues Be proficient in Microsoft Office products In addition, we are looking for someone that may have a degree in Communications or Management Information Systems. The candidate should have approximately 1-3 years of experience.
