RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the full systems development life cycle management of projects/programs Understand customer pain points and collaborate to propose potential process changes/new solutions Proactively bring solutions to improve productivity (consider all technologies including ERP automation, robotic process automation, artificial intelligence, and machine learning) – work collaboratively with customers and colleagues to develop the business case Serve as first point of escalation for IT application related customer issues Manage IT related business risks (security, application road-map, etc.) Design, configuration, and testing in Finance, HR, and legal applications Collaborate closely with technical development, architecture, integration, and/or functional configuration resources to implement systems changes (if not implementing on own) Develop and evaluate plans and criteria to be carried out by others; provides direction and leadership in close collaboration with the Project Management Office (PMO) to prioritize IT projects for Finance, HR, and Legal Manage or participate in new IT implementations (for example M&As, divestitures, new application modules or systems) Acts as liaison with customers/stakeholders for troubleshooting to investigate, analyze, solve, and test problems/tickets and map business requirements, processes and objectives Provide support and development to employees through performance management, coaching, motivation, and training Supervisory Responsibilities: Direct management of 2-5 IT technical and management resources focused on application development and support Direct management of third-party resources providing IT services. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in information systems, business management, computer science or closely related field, or equivalent experience Ten (10)+ years of experience demonstrating progressive technical management experience in ERP and/or finance leadership roles IT business analysis background with a focus on technology within finance, or past work experience in a finance organization utilizing an ERP system Experience with the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) IT configuration and setup experience with an ERP platform and one of the BI tools Must be hands-on with technical applications, as well as management to lead projects through full life cycle Project Management experience Knowledge of software and systems including ERP, forecasting, financial consolidation, HRIS, document management, and other applications across the shared services landscape Ability to collaborate with peers in the business and IT organization to set priorities, policies, and procedures Understanding of financial integration with operations Ability to drive and lead process change & present results at highest levels in the organization Can influence without formal authority Can manage high-profile and large-scale improvement projects while achieving aggressive targets & meeting deadlines Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree in a related field Knowledge of supply chain technologies and prior experience in supply chain industry Experience leading an applications team with budget responsibility Language and Technical Skills Requirements: Prior experience managing an end-to-end ERP implementation Experience with JDEdwards ERP strongly preferred
