Responsibilities: · Demonstrate strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills by leveraging the latest trends in technologies · Handle ambiguity and be able to move forward with imperfect information and get things done in a rapidly changing environment · Must be comfortable working in an environment where ideas are challenged · Possess good instincts and excellent self-management skills to push projects over the finish line with sound planning and persistent execution · Facilitate, design and help implement the development process, cloud enablement and operations of applications · Architect and deliver DevOps Consulting Solutions to clients including continuous integration and continuous delivery process, cloud infrastructure, non-production and production environments · Architecting overall, comprehensive, and efficient practices and review technical operations · Ability to work with clients on technical roadmap, build consensus, and assist in timeline and cost considerations · Monitor and troubleshoot environment issues · Guide and mentor the development team in distributed, cloud-based systems setup, monitoring, troubleshooting, etc. · Ability to manage teams with a leadership mindset Knowledge, Skill, and Experience Requirements: · Deep understanding of cloud computing and data technologies, business drivers, emerging computing trends, and deployment options · Expert in defining, designing, and developing distributed and scalable products and services on multi-platform/hybrid clouds (such as Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Rackspace, VMware, or OpenStack). Must have hands-on experience with atleast one · Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with networking, virtualization and Linux/Unix operating system · Strong hands-on expertise in DevOps, Agile methodologies, container orchestration and more modern CI/CD tooling · Strong knowledge of DevOps Platform tooling – Kubernetes and Docker experience is required. · Deep understanding of application, infrastructure, security architecture, and non-functional aspects like performance, scalability, reliability, availability, disaster recovery etc. · Strong experience with infrastructure management and monitoring and ability to implement the same · Experience with software and product development lifecycle (including coding, coding standards and reviews, source control, testing, debugging, build, deployment, and operations) · Familiarity with the following technologies: Java, JavaScript, React/Angular.js, REST/Web services (with high performance, multi-tenancy, scalable elements), Node.js, SQL, XML, JSON, Solr, GIT, Ant/Maven, Jenkins, github/gitlab actions, CDNs · Innovative with excellent problem-solving capabilities · Ability to work independently and as part of a team · Excellent communication skills and the ability to be client-facing. · Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field · Certifie Kuebernetes Admistrator , Google Cloud, or other certificates are a plus · 7+ years of deep technology experience at large enterprises or webscale product companies · 3+ years of architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of highly distributed applications (i.e., having an architectural sense for ensuring availability, reliability, etc.) on cloud.
